CONSTITUTION (AMENDMENT No. 21) ACT, 1933
AN ACT TO AMEND THE CONSTITUTION BY DELETING THE PROVISIONS NOW CONTAINED THEREIN AS TO THE WITHHOLDING BY THE REPRESENTATIVE OF THE CROWN OF THE KING'S ASSENT TO BILLS AND THE RESERVATION OF BILLS FOR THE SIGNIFICATION OF THE KING'S PLEASURE. [2nd November, 1933.]
BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS OF SAORSTÁT EIREANN AS FOLLOWS:—
1. Amendment of Article 41 of the Constitution
Article 41 of the Constitution shall be and is hereby amended as follows, that is to say, by the deletion therefrom of all words from the words “and such Representative” to the end of the said Article and the said Article shall be construed and have effect accordingly.
2. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Constitution (Amendment No. 21) Act, 1933.
