DE BHRÍ gur cead, de bhua Airteagal 46 den Bhunreacht, foráileamh ar bith den Bhunreacht do leasú ar an modh a shocraítear leis an Airteagal sin:
AGUS DE BHRÍ go bhfuil beartaithe Airteagal 29 den Bhunreacht do leasú:
ACHTAÍTEAR AG AN OIREACHTAS AR AN ÁBHAR SIN MAR A LEANAS:
1. Airteagal 29 den Bhunreacht do leasú
Leasaítear leis seo mar a leanas Airteagal 29 den Bhunreacht:
(a) cuirfear an abairt atá leagtha amach i gCuid I den Sceideal a ghabhann leis an Acht seo isteach i bhfo-alt 3° d'alt 4 den téacs Gaeilge i ndiaidh na chéad abairte,
(b) cuirfear an abairt atá leagtha amach i gCuid II den Sceideal a ghabhann leis an Acht seo isteach i bhfo-alt 3° d'alt 4 den téacs Sacs-Bhéarla i ndiaidh na chéad abairte.
2. Lua
(1) An Deichiú Leasú ar an mBunreacht a bhéarfar ar an leasú a dhéantar ar an mBunreacht leis an Acht seo.
(2) Féadfar an tAcht um an Deichiú Leasú ar an mBunreacht, 1987, a ghairm den Acht seo.

Tig leis an Stát an lonstraim Eorpach Aonair (do sínigheadh tar ceann Bhallstáit na gComhphobal i Lucsamburg an 17adh lá d'Fheabhra, 1986, agus insan Háig an 28adh lá d'Theabhra, 1986) do dhaingniú.

TENTH AMENDMENT OF THE CONSTITUTION ACT, 1987
AN ACT TO AMEND THE CONSTITUTION
[22nd June, 1987]
WHEREAS by virtue of Article 46 of the Constitution any provision of the Constitution may be amended in the manner provided by that Article:
AND WHEREAS it is proposed to amend Article 29 of the Constitution:
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Amendment of Article 29 of the Constitution
Article 29 of the Constitution is hereby amended as follows:
(a) the sentence set out in Part I of the Schedule to this Act shall be inserted in subsection 3° of section 4 of the Irish text after the first sentence,
(b) the sentence set out in Part II of the Schedule to this Act shall be inserted in subsection 3° of section 4 of the English text after the first sentence.
2. Citation
(1) The amendment of the Constitution effected by this Act shall be called the Tenth Amendment of the Constitution.
(2) This Act may be cited as the Tenth Amendment of the Constitution Act, 1987.
SCHEDULE
Part II
The State may ratify the Single European Act (signed on behalf of the Member States of the Communities at Luxembourg on the 17th day of February, 1986, and at The Hague on the 28th day of February, 1986).
