DE BHRÍ gur cead, de bhua Airteagal 46 den Bhunreacht, foráileamh ar bith den Bhunreacht do leasú ar an modh a shocraítear leis an Airteagal sin:
AGUS DE BHRÍ go bhfuil beartaithe Airteagal 40.3 den Bhunreacht do leasú:
ACHTAÍTEAR AG AN OIREACHTAS AR AN ÁBHAR SIN MAR A LEANAS:
1. Airteagal 40.3 den Bhunreacht do leasú
Leasaítear leis seo Airteagal 40.3 den Bhunreacht tríd an méid seo a leanas a chur leis díreach roimh alt 4—
(a) i bhfo-alt 3° den téacs Gaeilge, mír a bhfuil an téacs di leagtha amach i gCuid I den Sceideal a ghabhann leis an Acht seo;
(b) i bhfo-alt 3° den téacs Sacs-Bhéarla, mír a bhfuil an téacs di leagtha amach i gCuid II den Sceideal a ghabhann leis an Acht seo.
2. Lua
(1) An Ceathrú Leasú Déag ar an mBunreacht a bhéarfar ar an leasú a dhéantar ar an mBunreacht leis an Acht seo.
(2) Féadfar an tAcht um an gCeathrú Leasú Déag ar an mBunreacht, 1992, a ghairm den Acht seo.

Cuid I
Ní theorannóidh an fo-alt seo saoirse chun faisnéis a fháil nó a chur ar fáil sa Stát maidir le seirbhísí atá ar fáil go dleathach i stát eile ach sin faoi chuimsiú cibé coinníollacha a fhéadfar a leagan síos le dlí.

FOURTEENTH AMENDMENT OF THE CONSTITUTION ACT, 1992
AN ACT TO AMEND THE CONSTITUTION
[23rd December, 1992]
WHEREAS by virtue of Article 46 of the Constitution any provision of the Constitution may be amended in the manner provided by that Article:
AND WHEREAS it is proposed to amend Article 40.3 of the Constitution:
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Amendment of Article 40.3 of the Constitution
Article 40.3 of the Constitution is hereby amended by the addition thereto, immediately before section 4—
(a) in subsection 3° of the Irish text, of a paragraph the text of which is set out in Part I of the Schedule to this Act;
(b) in subsection 3° of the English text, of a paragraph the text of which is set out in Part II of the Schedule to this Act.
2.Citation
(1) The amendment of the Constitution effected by this Act shall be called the Fourteenth Amendment of the Constitution.
(2) This Act may be cited as the Fourteenth Amendment of the 20 Constitution Act, 1992.
SCHEDULE
Part II
This subsection shall not limit freedom to obtain or make available, in the State, subject to such conditions as may be laid down by law, information relating to services lawfully available in another state.
