AN tACHT UM AN OCHTÚ LEASÚ IS TRÍOCHA AR AN mBUNREACHT (SCAOILEADH AR PHÓSADH), 2019
Acht chun an Bunreacht a leasú

DE BHRÍ gur cead, de bhua Airteagal 46 den Bhunreacht, foráil ar bith den Bhunreacht a leasú ar an modh a shocraítear leis an Airteagal sin:
AGUS DE BHRÍ go bhfuil beartaithe Airteagal 41 den Bhunreacht a leasú:
Achtaítear ag an Oireachtas ar an ábhar sin mar a leanas:
1. Airteagal 41 den Bhunreacht a leasú
Leasaítear leis seo mar a leanas Airteagal 41 den Bhunreacht:
(a) aisghairfear mír i d'fho-alt 2° d'alt 3 den téacs Gaeilge;
(b) aisghairfear mír i d'fho-alt 2° d'alt 3 den téacs Sacs-Bhéarla;
(c) déanfar mír ii d'fho-alt 2° d'alt 3 den dá théacs a uimhriú mar mhír i;
(d) déanfar mír iii d'fho-alt 2° d'alt 3 den dá théacs a uimhriú mar mhír ii;
(e) déanfar mír iv d'fho-alt 2° d'alt 3 den dá théacs a uimhriú mar mhír iii;
(f) cuirfear an fo-alt a bhfuil an téacs de leagtha amach i g Cuid 1 den Sceideal in ionad fho-alt 3° d'alt 3 den téacs Gaeilge;
(g) cuirfear an fo-alt a bhfuil an téacs de leagtha amach i g Cuid 2 den Sceideal in ionad fho-alt 3° d'alt 3 den téacs Sacs-Bhéarla.
2. Lua
(1) An tOchtú Leasú is Tríocha ar an mBunreacht a thabharfar ar an leasú a dhéantar ar an mBunreacht leis an Acht seo.
(2) Féadfar an tAcht um an Ochtú Leasú is Tríocha ar an mBunreacht (Scaoileadh ar Phósadh), 2019 a ghairm den Acht seo.

CUID 1
3° Féadfar socrú a dhéanamh le dlí chun aitheantas a thabhairt faoi dhlí an Stáit do scaoileadh ar phósadh arna thabhairt faoi dhlí sibhialta stáit eile.

THIRTY-EIGHTH AMENDMENT OF THE CONSTITUTION (DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE) ACT 2019
An Act to amend the Constitution
[11th June, 2019]
WHEREAS by virtue of Article 46 of the Constitution any provision of the Constitution may be amended in the manner provided by that Article:
AND WHEREAS it is proposed to amend Article 41 of the Constitution:
Be it therefore enacted by the Oireachtas as follows:
1. Amendment of Article 41 of the Constitution
Article 41 of the Constitution is hereby amended as follows:
(a) paragraph i of subsection 2° of section 3 of the Irish text shall be repealed;
(b) paragraph i of subsection 2° of section 3 of the English text shall be repealed;
(c) paragraph ii of subsection 2° of section 3 of both texts shall be numbered as paragraph i;
(d) paragraph iii of subsection 2° of section 3 of both texts shall be numbered as paragraph ii;
(e) paragraph iv of subsection 2° of section 3 of both texts shall be numbered as paragraph iii;
(f) the subsection, the text of which is set out in Part 1 of the Schedule , shall be substituted for subsection 3° of section 3 of the Irish text;
(g) the subsection, the text of which is set out in Part 2 of the Schedule , shall be substituted for subsection 3° of section 3 of the English text.
2. Citation
(1) The amendment of the Constitution effected by this Act shall be called the Thirty-eighth Amendment of the Constitution.
(2) This Act may be cited as the Thirty-eighth Amendment of the Constitution (Dissolution of Marriage) Act 2019.
SCHEDULE
PART 2
3° Provision may be made by law for the recognition under the law of the State of a dissolution of marriage granted under the civil law of another state.
